I think that in 433 Pirlo's role is not that important as in 352...we can play Marchisio-Pogba-Vidal, with different tactical approach, without typical low-lying playmaker

I believe with Llorente+Tévez you don't really need another big name (it's always good, of course, but I mean "need" :P), but rather a reliable performer even of not thaaat good. I mean, Juve had a pretty decent squad last season, it may pay off to keep the basic structure and make limited upgrades each season (so maybe in 3 seasons it's another team, but not now). It could mean that some usual starter becomes a substitute (or some big signing starts the season in the bench), so the issue may be handling those situations. But then it may still be better to combine a few big signings with promising youths.
From what I see, Conte doesn't really believe in any of Juve's strikers - Quagliarella, Matri, Giovinco, Vucinić.
Having said that, I think that Vucinić is top class, even though he seems a bit lazy in many games. Still, he is a genious, makes totally unpredictable passes and plays much better as a low-lying left strikers in 433 than a central forward in 352, like he was used in this season. He must play with his face towards the goal, not his back.
Matri...well, he has an amazing goal/minute ratio, one of the best in Europe I believe. In first part of season he was out of form, but the second one was really good. In second part of the season: 955 minutes played, 9 goals scored. 1 goal every 106 minutes. His main problem is that he didn't had the confidence of being 1st team player, Conte used to bench him for whole game even when he scored a goal in previous game. For example he scored against Celtic, and then in next two games played in total...25 minutes. Doesn't make sense.
Quagliarella doesn't fit the system in my opinion, same with Giovinco - although he can be perfect as 433 right striker substitution for Tevez.
Vucinić - Llorente - Tevez / Jovetić - Matri - Giovinco
that would be a perfect 6-striker attack, although it could work without Matri, because Tevez, Vucinic and Jovetic can play both as side striker and as central forward.
The team, all in all, is great, but from my analysis it struggles while playing 352 against top teams. I don't have time now to write my conclusions etc. but in general the main problem against Bayern [except for gap in quality of course] was the 352 vs 4231.
In general, Bayern was attacking with 8[!] players. Juventus had only two players up front, Matri and Quagliarella, both of whom are not the kind of players that can make much difference with their pace and dribbling skills. Two Bayern defenders was enough to stop them, so side defenders [Alba, Lahm] could without risk play totaly offensive football.
The outcome was that Bayern had double wings [Alba + Ribery / Lahm + Robben] and Juventus had to use LWB and RWB [Peluso and Lichtsteiner] to cover the wings.
Now, another problem - 3 central defenders [Bonucci, Barzagli, Chiellini] were for most of the time marking one player [Mandzukic] 3 vs 1 + had to help LWB and RWB with defending against wingers. In theory - fine, in practice - the cause of the tragedy in first game.
Because of 5 man defence, Bayern had 3 central midfielders [Schweinsteiger, Martinez, Muller] playing against Pirlo, Vidal, Marchisio. Yet, Lahm and Alaba had a lot of free space and used to mingle in the centre of pitch, so basically there was NO CHANCE of sensible pressing, because Bayern always had 1 player with ball + 4 free players against 3 midfielders of Juve [and Pirlo was struggling with pace, so for most of the time it was 5 vs Vidal and Marchisio]
On the other side, when Juve retrieved the ball, the situation was perfectly different - Pirlo Marchisio and Vidal were available for the ball, but they had 5 players pressing on them. LWB and RWB were attacked by Ribery and Robben + Lahm and Alaba; Matri and Quagliarella were marked 1vs1 by central defenders, Mandzukic was roaming between central defenders. Therefore, there was basically no way to make use of the ball other than kicking it towards strikers and hoping for a miracle...
433 on the other hand?
Central striker would play 1 vs 2 central defenders.
Alaba and Lahm would've been kept back because they would be afraid of leaving the side strikers unmarked - therefore lower impact in offensive runs and lower impact in pressing after losing the ball.
In short, in my opinion it was impossible to win that game with 352. Maybe if the 2 strikers were let's say Suarez and Aguero - then yes, it could've worked because these two would be able to beat the defenders in 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 2.
