Just click on the "bring play in" link

When the bidding is over either the buyer can bring the new player to his team by clicking the "bring player" link, as Dag explained, or the seller can send him to his new team by clicking the "send player" link on the player's page. The player is then transferred instantaneously. If neither the buyer nor the seller do that, the player remains in his old team. After 7 days the sale is canceled and both sides pay a penalty, 10% if I remember correctly.
