Thank you for thorough explanation! Appreciate it.

and most juniors take 16 weeks to leave the school?

This I don't remember specifically, norbert or someone else can answer that.

My knowledge comes from an old team I had in this game, I played this back around 2008-2011.

Adivip to Tad
juniors come to the club on Saturday and then you know for how many weeks a given junior will come, he can come for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum over 30 weeks

What was your team? I'm still playing since then...

Yes, juniors come to the junior school every Saturday - from 1 to 6, if there are 6 slots available. The juniors who come to the school are between 16 and 18 years old and come for 1 to 34 weeks, so the average stay of a junior at the school is about 16-17 weeks. The cost of keeping one junior in school is $1,000 per week.

A brilliant coach can be had for as little as about $25,000 a week. The main skill of the trainer is the most important, the others are irrelevant.

- good [7] - PLN 7,000 ($1,750)
- solid [8] - PLN 10,000 ($2,500)
- very good [9] - PLN 16,000 ($4,000)
- excellent [10] - PLN 24,000 ($6,000)
- formidable [11] - PLN 36,000 ($9,000)
- outstanding [12] - PLN 50,000 ($12,500)
- incredible [13] - PLN 80,000 ($20,000)
- brilliant [14] - PLN 100,000 ($25,000)
- magical [15] - PLN 136,000 ($34,000)

no idea, at that time I lived in Poland so my team was there but too long time to remember now haha
2023-06-28 05:29:14
definitely a big investment haha - is 89k normal in A league or will it go higher (assuming mid table position)
2023-06-28 06:50:48
You should get more over time. I am getting 110k/ week now, and a little more in new subs each week.

Even with some losses, we should increase the fan base because our fan totals are much lower than the teams already here (also, our team rank points are lower - so it hurts less to lose right now)

how big is the difference between training a skill that the main coach has a level of 15 vs 16? is it just 1/16 less efficient?
2023-06-28 19:05:47
It's hard to say, because it consists of many factors, but it's always better to have a better coach if the budget allows it. 1/16 is more than 6%, so that's a pretty big difference. Are you thinking about hiring an unearthly coach?
2023-06-28 19:10:02
The current cost of maintaining a junior school with a brilliant coach is about $45,000 per week ($585,000 for the full season).

Ed.
I add that the team that plays in the junior league at home also gets 100% of the ticket money. I for yesterday's game in the junior league received almost $10000. Assuming that we play 6 home games during one season, we can count on ticket profits of about $60000 per season.

I am thinking of what to do, haven't decided yet.

If I set instruction at minute x to sub a player if he has a yellow card, will that check be done once at minute x or will it apply at any time after or at minute x?

Unearthly coach is out of option, magical at most

Only once, the substitution system is still as basic as ever.
