Let's try this again. I was having some issues with uploading a photo

edit: Man, I just can't get the imgur to work today.

If you look at your training page (Training --> Training Report --> Details) you'll see it just puts your coaches combined with a general 'average training effectiveness'. I was trying to screen shot mine but this website isn't liking imgur. This is why I think only the overall matters on assistants.

Yea, not sure, maybe also they just show average due to limited space? no idea. You may be right.

It is as islander wrote. Individual skils only matter for the head coach, with assistants only the main skils matter. I have three magical assistants, and my head coach is unearthly, with one magical skill, and seven unearthly skills. Despite this, I'm on the plus side of the budget every season. The big factors are income from tickets, sponsorships and selling players at a profit. For me the most important thing is the training of young Americans, because the priority for me is the USA U21 NT therefore I do not save money on coaches. My own club is just an addition to the game.

What is Junior Academy's commision?

Sebek to Tad
You get a commission each time your YS player gets sold. It should be approximately 5% of the transfer sum.

Yeah. It's not much though. I had someone sell for ~900k and got 30k for it

Please read the rules on the how to play section of Sokker.
https://sokker.org/rules

Under the section for Transfers:

Placing a player up for sale involves a transfer fee of 2.5% of the starting price. After the transfer, the seller has to pay tax of 5% on the received price. If the player is not originally from your team and is aged 23 or under, then a further 5% of the received price will go to his original club.

original amount: 900k
first tax 5%: 45k
900k-45k - 855k
5% for original club: 42.75k

Still not seeing where 30k comes from

I just read in rules:

"Training of passing

Passing is most effectively trained by midfielders (MID), the remaining positions train slower. If you want to enhance the effect of training passing for other positions, you can do so. However, it will result in decreasing the effect of training for midfielders."

Does it mean if I set defenders to train passing, this will cause midfielders to train slower? What does it mean to enhance the effect of training?

I think the guide words it weird.

It means anyone training with any ORDER other than midfield will train it 'slower'.

This was more relevant back in the old system, when you could not have seperate hroup trainings

In Poland there is a saying "he who asks, does not wander" :)
Current rules need to be modified after changes are made.

does the home team get an advantage due to playing at home?
