Training system ok. It could be improved very much but such moves require careful planning, evaluation of ideas and analysis. If that is done, then the change will have a good effect on the game

In terms of gameplay this could be by far the best and most important update. However, it is too difficult to implement it correctly and have a Rock/Paper/Scissor type of system, and what is more likely to happen is to have one system be the dominant one. If done Correctly this will be absolutely awesome

why you think that current training sistem is not good enough and how would you change it so we can write about it... that would be something constructive...
every debate here is useless so I am not gonna write how it should work. We all know that nothing mentioned here will be implemented :-) There are so much bugs which are not gonna be repaired that this is really useless and if you are angry on bugs you will get ban, that is the sad sokker reality.
So I just post my opinion and for me it is now case closed.

maybe it would be better if they get us some more info about training, playing styles and reducing divisions :-)
I wanna see less facebook on sokker and more sokker infos on facebook, less promotion of other manager games here, more promotion of sokker(payed ads to) on biggest websites.I wanna see more bot team players(specially past and actual NT players) directly going to TL(without a new team who change the bot) and less bot teams here(every new season could begin with deleting all bot teams and going his players on TL), specially on national cups.

I personally suggested 13 ideas through our local MOD to the DEVs, but most of them arent included in the poll, although IMO here are still some great-good ideas (PS! But more stats, autobid system/market assistant, newbies ingame guide and improved design did):
1. League swapping - This swapping window will be open for a week or so. You can only swap series if you play in the lowest (or second lowest?) division in your country. You can only swap place with a bot team from your own divisionlevel. Or something like that.
2. Improved friendly league (different formats (play-offs!), perhaps even new trophies (why not also a possibility to design them?))
3. Friendly pool - Choose what kind of match and opponent you would like, and then the pool will automatically match your team against another team and book a friendly (as soon as you meet the criteria set by a team that matches your criteria). = Arranging friendly games will become slightly faster.
4. Youth Camps / International Youth Schools - helps to improve the smaller nations.
5. World Cup Host Country - matches will be played at the same time. Possibility to organize some contests (community and stuff voting added) for choosing a host. It also helps to activate the community life in general.
6. Let the U21 and NT manager to see the players skills - helps making scouting more faster and comfortable.
7. A possibility to control players from - in my opinion, something needs to be done, because at the moment we simply cant control the form of our players and it is random.
8. Choose and save different lineups - game will be easier for managers, if you can set up a first team (and select what kind of matches it shall be used in) and a second team (and select what kind of matches it shall be used in).
9. NT and U21 players protection - helps to save some important players for the community. The current system needs to be improved, because right now we need to wait, until a bot teams gets a new owner in order the player to be sent to the market. It simply isnt fast enough... Perhaps when a team looses an owner and becomes a bot, then automatically send all the U21 or NT players to the market right away?

World Cup hosting coutry was in news info some time ago, wasn't it? but it still hasn't been done yet...

Number 9:Not just NT players, some teams have more better players, than other country's NT players.Ex.some estonian, romanian, hungarian, italian, suomi(and other top sk country) players even he was not included ever in his NT have a value and skills over more NT players from middle and litle sk country.

I think this idea was proposed to prevent the new players playing bots week in week out, with a league similar to the junior system, it would always be player vs player.
I personally like the player styles, as i think it would be nice to choose how aggressive players are, how often they shoot, offside trap, etc.

Training system and ME are the most difficult areas to be fine tuned. We don't need more complexity there as it will take forever to fine tune it and we will be the guinea pigs for that. That's the main reason why I dislike it. These ideas lack practicability under current circumstances, i.e. not sufficiently tested ME changes.
