We can do it without friendly matches.
According to new train rule, not would be necessery the playing to skill can improve.

In that case i would quit playing sokker :D People with a lot of money would be unreachable because thay could have great first team and train players like we with less money...

Support for users as the financial part considering the additional costs that we have with lawn and maintenance.
Could open a store where fans can buy T-shirts each team, team scarves etc.It those same supporters as well newspaper could buy their favorite team (that the users who have Plus) so as to encourage other Plus package to acquire seeing that have some facilities.

More games, let more teams to participate in the interstate or international official competition, 128 teams in the Champions League participation is too little. Each league team only 8 teams also feel too little, hope can change 14 or 16 teams, playing two matches a week.

I think it is a good idea to give lower junior team player skills.
on this occasion is seen even in the junior school talent each player

I also think junior team management should change.
Maybe we could imagine that each match played by a junior could give one of its skill. That way, managers could manage their junior school more efficiently and we could have better young players. It will help new users starting their team and give a new interest for the game.

I approve every proposal in the thread and i would add:
1) Introducing of individual training to avoid waste of extra training in players.
2) Introducing of tricks for player with high technique, like as in EA's FIFA series, with the hardest tricks reserved to highest skilled players
3) Introducing of individual orders for players, like prefered passing style and field zones
4) Improving of 1vs1 scoring chance, actually unrealistic with keepers too many times succesful against even high skilled forwards.
5) Considering to double the game speed, regarding weekly played matches and training sessions, to help the last signed managers to improve their team qualities and help the growing of the community.

I would like to see following change:
- randomly shuffling teams after a season: Important is, that only same league-levels and same rank (1-8) can change.
i.g. each team has a 50% chance to switch with another team in the same league level and same place.
"Team A" from league 3.5, place 4 changes with "Team B" from league 3.11, place 4.
