I couldn't see it after many replays, right angle and slow motion helped, but during the game and later replays I couldn't see biting. They didn't show that, you know, not to mention poor referee.

During the 2006 final, head butt of Zidana was not seen by ref Elizondo. Ref assistant Cantalejo, watching the replay on stadium big screen, warned the ref Elizondo and Elizondo immediately give red to Zidane...

What does this have to do with double standards? If the ref didn't see the incident he can't give any player a card. And from a distance it was almost impossible to see what really happened so the line ref or 4th official couldn't have seen it.

A semifinal must be directed by a great ref. And this guy isn't.
My 2 favourite refrees are Webb and Rizzoli.
