from what I remember they collided after Messi already run past them...

Offside would be luck in that the reff didn't call it (pretty close, though). Colliding isn't luck, but defensive skill - especially if you have too many defenders near the same player :P

Details apart, my overall view of the match is that it was a draw, based on our luck and your effort to recover, and it got unbalanced by one of Messi's individual plays.
So I'd say that, on sunday, no Messi=no victory for us ;)

50 minutes till our second game against Nigeria.

We must win but I am concerned as two of our classic defenders won't play because our idiot coach left them at the bench. Šunjić will play instead of Bičakčić, who played a bad game against Argentina, but Šunjić is way too weak to start a World Cup match. Lulić will have to play left-back, his non-natural position.

Luckily, our midfield is physically well-prepared, technically superior to Nigeria, Pjanić is playing his natural position which makes it easier for the whole team and drags defenders from Džeko, enabling him to find space to score.

Let's go and prove that we deserve to go through!!!

I hope you will do well. Go Bosnia! Expecting a 2:0 :)

Two clear ref mistakes. :( Should be 1-0 to Bosnia.

ref are very poor

Unfortunately, and we really need Kolašinac, as a centre-back can't play a left-back. Kolašinac is a great player and didn't mean to score an own goal. He was named as man of match in the 4 previous friendly games and we need his physical strength and harsh but no-card tackles.

We need a second striker too, Ibišević is better at receiving the ball than Džeko and would play a significant role in this offensive, route-one approach.

Come on Bosnia, we need you to score once! :)

Poor performance in the second half. Taking off Hajrovic and Lulic was not a good idea.

Omg what a cruel end...

Given what we saw in the first two matches, I believe Nigeria can take P1 from us. Their attackers look somewhat faster and stronger than we faced so far, and that's not a good combination for us - they're too similar to the South American teams that gave us the hardest time in the qualifying phase. I really preferred a 1-1 :P

Lulic was a bit injured I think.. and yea, taking off Hajrovic was a really bad idea... it should have been Misimovic

it was nice while it last

and Muhamed Besic is probably one of the best defensive midfielder in the WC :)

he is awesome

We lacked Kolašinac and Bičakčić definitely, although our coach had a good plan.

One disallowed, perfectly regular goal, one conceded under a heavy foul, dirty play from Nigeria definitely made an impact on our players so they seemed quite lost in the last 30 minutes.

We didn't deserve to lose, we deserved at least one point from the first two matches, I'am sure that EVERY FAN on the planet agrees on this.
