Subject: Serie A 2012-13

Like we use to say here, it's very nice to watch for the opponents; it's crazy indeed but on the long run it will win you nothing; we may agree on the hope that he'll remain at Roma for the longest possible time (unless he gets sacked before Christmas, wich is very unlikely if you consider how L. Enrique still managed to go through the entire season; maybe next season though).

and what do you think about Ferrara? I haven't seen Sampa playing yet...

he seems to know what he's doing, but he had a great start with Juve as well and we know how he finished...

I feel sorry for Ferrara, he was in a completely different situation in Juve than now, but he managed to at least keep a good start; he's a good person, i hope he can succeed at Samp and wish him the best luck, something he didn't have so far; hopefully he'll prove to be a good coach.

That is true, he had a totally different situation, the biggest difference - he had Seccon, Conte has Marotta

but he made many mistakes on his own, for example he always tried to play the same way, even when it stopped working [his 4312...]

Conte managed to evolve his idea - started with 424, then changed it very fast after couple of league games to 433, which he later changed to 352

I think Conte is on a whole different level, he shut his critics who tought of him as a very strict tactician by costantly changing and adapting his tactics, plus he's very good at man managing; he still has to improve in some areas though, but nothing really bad;

about Ferrara, i think it can be an excuse in his favor, for using the same system, since the management had spent so much on Diego, who lately revealed to be a flop, that he was almost forced to use him, but who knows; definetely had bad luck.

well yes, he had to use Diego, but Diego [and whole team in general] performed much better in 4231 with Giovinco-Diego-Camoranesi behind the striker

good game for juve against napoli, the most important thing was to win and we won!

we proved we can win without destroying our opponents, we just get every chance

It was a hard game, but we got 3pts...

Cavani's freekick was a screamer, my heart stopped when I saw it :p

Good game for most of players, only Giovinco, Quaglia and Matri disappointed...

2012-11-04 17:39:07
meanwhile Fiorentina took another 3 points and consolidates its european spot in the ranking ^^

Lichtsteiner doesn't play anymore?
2012-11-17 22:42:30
Why should him? There's isla :P
2012-11-18 16:49:56
Well, interesting season. Great weekend for Fiorentina with all the loss of points from the top 3 :)
2012-11-18 16:56:51
Conte is rotating the right side with Isla and sometimes Caceres

I think Lichtsteiner got a free weekend because he will have to be 100% fit for the game against Chelsea
