Subject: [U21] Gabcsi

I am hungarian general scout(NT and U21 too) from 3 season. I make the hungarian NT and U21 database. I write a match dissection in the Hungarian soxccer newspaper regulary.


Looking at the actual squad (naturally I don't have accurate knowledge about the skills) the lack of the middle-aged players are conspicious. To avoid this in the future, I'd like to build in the players coming up from the U21 team continually. I would also build up an adequate relationship, with the coach of the U21 team for the "national team of the future". I would estabilish a separate scout network to monitor the opponents too, so we could get the majority of informations about almost every NT-s (continous monitoring of transfer lists, advertisements, national forums), it works quite well in Hungary. Apart from this, collecting ranking points would be also definitely important. It is also important to keep training the players more than 24 years old, so I would negotiate with their owners.
