I have an issue with my service provider (a well known US company) - they won't reply my emails / complains. I need an association which can help me protect my consumer rights and which can oblige the big company to hear my complains (and solve them).

I'm looking for a consumer protection association in USA - something similar with European Consumer Centres

Depending on the company, they may be a member of the Better Business Bureau, which would be able to help. Each state has one with varying degrees of effectiveness.
