also, talent comes in clusters toward a certain position. if hes got awesome pace but ur only getting a long string of .2 in passing, i would test to see if he gets 0.3s in tackle or striking

and the handbook contains a lot of misinformation. lots of things changed in the last 2 months, which isnt reflected in the handbook yet. you cannot pull your youth until after 18 weeks, and max # of spots is 12

gradually gaining experience with this match engine tactically. good foundation, just working out how to stack up better against various tactics

I'm looking for deals if I can find them, but despite only having 50-90 people online, it never happens. Kinda annoying, but my starting team is pretty good as it is.

I'm still not quite understanding the whole youth training system.

Apart from my 6* striker. He's just pure awesome with his 12 pace :P

I've got my club on a tackling training program right now. Mostly because my trainer is 19 in it (the expensive one I bought).

Although I'm not really sure how well training guys who are 23-25 are. My initial thought is they could probably pop ok until 10 or 11.

I'm not sure why my team is evaluated as high as it is. Although I can't lie, my starting midfield is quite balanced/solid. Slow in some places, but a solid skill set all around.

having 3s and 4s in the secondary row makes evals a lot better. starting players are all well rounded like that but young guys from peoples youth squads generally dont have those kinds of secondaries

I found this 20 yo mid for 1k, good enough to be my back up for now and young enough to get some training.

i dont like mids, they got low pace and dont train it well either

my players 23 and older seem to train much slower

yeah, I think I need to start looking for 20 and unders for future replacement. Just busy building my stadium now, takes a while like here

play an E leaguer next, but bad news is winner plays a B leaguer

you want your youths to frequently have 0.3 pops, any average over 0.25 for lower skills is pretty good
