Where are you guys finding these trainers?

I can find anybody over a 5 (Eval) on the market.

they are not from the market. On your training tab at the top there is a button for trainers. everybody got one random trainer who is much better than average

Uggh, I just realized that I had to set up training for the juniors.

I have 2 juniors who has popped .2 then .3 intervals

I got Zero increase today, all 6 of my guys are still sitting at 2.00.

Looks like this JS is just as bad as the one I have in Sokker.

You won't see an increase the first week.

Not sure how to explain it, kinda like setting a base level, you should see an increase next week and get an idea on talent.

No, ignore the "2.00", take a look at the skills themselves and numbers next to them. Click on the youth player and see how many points he increased in the 2 skills you trained him.

The different increasing points are:
0.1 poor talent in this skill
0.2 normal
0.3 good talent in this skill

JAMP remember the young lad i posted on international forum, a guy that didn't pop. Well after I had a talk with admin to check that guy the answer was :

hahahah the reason is that he is a very very poor player, his talent it's very very low :).
Maybe he can try with tennis, volley or some other sport where he doesn't need to use his feet :D
