Subject: »[Junior]USA Youth Roll Call

2005-10-05 03:25:17
The USA has a problem in this game, and it doesn't take a scientist to discover that we do not have enough trainable talent. We all want USA trainees, but there practically are none.

If you are about to pull an at least good-solid youth, then don't hesitate to inform the other users via this thread (forum). The best way to track American talent and keep purpose as an American trainer is to keep our talent close.

haha.

Well if you switch to training middle or striker again, feel free to sell him to me :)
2005-10-05 05:37:23
Noooo:( my system of training is...when a players is good enough in his skills I switch a player that needs skills into the middle:) I trian middle most cuz that's where you can train the most, 5 players. I'm training Frankie Boole right now, and used Pat Kodiat as a striker...which is good cuz in the 6 games he's played as a striker he's scored 20 goals:)
2005-10-05 06:05:17
i actually think finding players with at least all average (maybe weak) secondaries (maybe not stamina) and then training them in a single main skill is the best way to go... with a good enough coach and young guys they train fast... added bonus if you can afford a coach thats unearthly in main skill and excellent in secondary skills (what i have)... i get about 2-3 random pops a week on average
2005-10-05 06:10:21
I kind of do that. But instead of average I go for solid:)
