Dear Sokker managers!

Let me introduce an alternative trainng system. You are wellcome to share your opinion. Thanx :)


Prologue (skip if you are in a hurry)


Trainig skill economy is a fragile system. If we have hundreds of 6x superdivine players, the game would be boring. On other side if not even one player in whole Sokker world can reach superdivine skills, we woldn't see the fully spirit of Sokker matches, which is boring as well. But how does Sokker training system work?

Except stamina the Sokker training system depends 100% on playing matches. No match, no training! Played enough minutes on same position in different matches means 100% training. Even general training participates on playing matches. As a manager you have to decide between maximum training or maximum tactical strength of your team in duty games. I'm a Sokker manager for more then 12 years, but this system didn't change. I think it's time for an evolution.


The protagonists


* Marco, 26y, plays mostly MID position. Reached last week his first superdevine skill. He is the top player of his club.

* Joe, 23y, defender, mostly at DEF position. Attacks mostly successful opponent players. His fear of the ball mostly lets him throw it out of the field when an opponent is near.

* Jimmy, 18y, top talented striker, 3x excellent. He is too weak to play in duty games for his club. The fan club chairman says: "please, Jimmy, don't frustrate us! Don't play in our leaque until you are strong enough!"



Idea


Two kinds of training each week:
1nd: Attending training
2st: Training by playing matches

Attending training
Each week you can select several players to get some training. It's independend of their participation in matches. They gain training up to 60%* of a players maximum in a week. A manager has a maximum of trainng percents (e.g. 300%*) to divide for his trainees. This maximum depends on trainer skill, assistants, etc.**. He puts Joe, Marco and Jimmy into the "attending training concept" and give them 60%* training each week. The Manager could have put also 2 more players into this training concept to get 60%* training. If the manager decides to put 3 more players at a sum of 6 each player would only get 50%* training (300 / 6 = 50). If he decides to put 10 player each will get 30%, and so on.

Training by playing matches
Each player playing in matches gains their skill depending on their activity and the level of success. Attacking the ball leading player successfully gains some training dots for this success. Example: Ron (technique=14) leads the ball and is been attacked by Joe (defence=17) successfully. Joe gets a few of dots for defence, because Joe has a higher defence then Ron has technique. If Ron would have won this fight he would get some more dots for technique, because his technique skill is lower then Joes defence skill. Therefore defence and technique look like skill pairs.

Skill pairs for training by playing matches
defence, technique
striking, goalkeeping
pace? Does a player outrun the ball leading player means he won the race.
passing? Good passing means the target player didn't loose time to do his action, e.g. volley shoot, heading, passed through the defending line.
playmaking? Does a player a good passing to the own player means a few dots. Does he play the ball to the own attacker who strikes a goal means more dots.

For pace, passing and playmaking we need some moree good ideas for this kind of training by playing matches.


How do introduce this training system?


This training system could be optional or exclusive. Anyway, the decission is up to the developers. And you, dear community, may help them by sharing your opinion :-)
