Go to chrome://plugins, find Flash Player, check "Always allowed to run".

If he has Chrome up to date (Apparently not the best thing to do), chrome://plugins does no longer exist.

Then Flash should work automatically when you restart the browser.

It"s still not working. Nor in other browsers for me.

It is working for me in Chrome, at least with my latest match. In any case, the only Flash controls left in Chrome are in Settings -> show advanced settings -> Privacy section, click "content settings" -> scroll down until you find the Flash options. As far as I can't tell, they won't let us enable the actual flash plugin, though, so we are stuck with Chrome's broken one.

In Chrome 62+, the solution from here is:
1. Open Chrome settings file in any text editor:

In Windows:
C:\Users\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Preferences

In OS X:
~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/User Data/Default/Preferences

In Linux (for Chromium):
/home/$USER/.config/chromium/Default/Preferences

2. Find the setting "plugins": which appears after "permission_autoblocking_data", replace with this setting to enable flash player:
"plugins": {"*,*": {"per_resource": {"adobe-flash-player": 1}}}
or {"adobe-flash-player": 2} to play Flash after clicking on it for extra security.

I have tried the above solution, I still cannot play sokker matches on chrome or FF, I have allowed flash etc nothing, any other ideas?

I notice the same problem. If I try to load any match in 2D mode, it get stuck in the first screen loading

https://screenshots.firefox.com/9VdYk7RGwRBO622E/files.sokker.org

If I try to load the 3D, I receive timed out connection error

https://screenshots.firefox.com/JgufKApaqejP0tRa/files.sokker.org

I have:
1 - clean out cookies, history, cache and what all is erasable
2 - tried with edge, same error (sometimes I use edge, more stable with 3D)
3 - used my mobile phone connection in tethering mode, with firefox and edge, same error

Maybe a issue with files.sokker.org?

Yes same, I can't watch 2d or 3d matches within any browser right now

I've found a workaround.

When it get stuck on the loading, right click and select the 8th option that should be "continue" or "forward". In italian is "avanti" :)
There will be no audio but, however... it's possible to watch matches
