I think if you let the players have the nationality from the manager this might become problematic.
Big countries will become bigger and gap will be too big


your 1st option is the best, players with plus-nationality, but no NT for this country
we need to clearify everything a little bit more

your team (one team) will be as good as any other team, just that some users will have 2
