Unfortunately no speed skating with the Paralympics. Netherlands 'only' 10th overall in medal standing, without any mountain in our country this is still a pretty good result.

That's true, 322m is our 'mountain' ;P

After that impressive mountain we have a couple of bridges that can be used as 'mountain', but not that much more.

I think I'm too used to it and not see the nice things that often anymore. Probably at lot more people have this same 'problem' in his/her city and country, not being able to see what tourists see.

Driving throw the center of Utrecht, I usually get frustrated by tourists looking up and around at old buildings and canals, instead of watching out for other traffic, mostly us cyclists. Don't think tourists are used to that many cyclists passing by. Maybe next time I should walk and also look around again, appreciate what they see.
