Does anyone know any good websites or databases(for example big universitys) to search for university theses/academic papers? I dont mean article databases like Oxford Press and Sciencedirect.

You mean stuff like PHD-thesis? I sometimes use Base or Dart for that.

I usually search in the databases (Sciencedirect, Jstor) for the papers I need; then, I use http://sci-hub.io/ to read them for free.

You should try also:

If you go to university websites and search for 'paper' you can find a lot I think.

Tried it with the website my girlfriend is working for, the library http://www.ru.nl/library/, but a good chance many are only accessible for employees. But you can always try it and maybe other universities are more open.
