I recomend you in investment in amenities than in youth. In this game the income match is the key!

Welcome to the game man. Your 15 year olds are nice indeedy. I would advice you to first focus on amenities though, they are a goldmine because they allow you to get attendance and training bonuses and it allows you to pick bigger sponsors who pay-out more. If you have enough money to invest in amenities and have a stadium that is big enough to last about a season then I would focus on your youth academy and try and see if you can invest in your staff. If you need more specific help you know where to get it ;-)

12 weeks. For now keep costs low and accumulate funds. :)
Hopefully it will be a lot more soon though. I understand beginning players when they say their competitions are a little bit boring because of all the bots. But once you're in the higher divisions the interaction between users is fun, at least it is in the Dutch competition, where some people even know each other from other games. :)
It's not about the game though, which seems like it might be the best there is to find. It's just that browser games are dead. Games are played on consoles/smartphones nowadays.
