Do not start playing this game, the developer changes the crucial rules of how the game works after 3 years, basically without any previous info. Also he gains advantage because he also plays the game and makes use of the info he has before introducing the changes.
Also, you will never reach the level of experienced users and the gap will be getting even bigger with every season you play. This game makes no more sense for new users, it's pointless, unless you hope to win something in 2029.
To put it in easy words:
after 3 years you will have 3m on your account, but older players will have 300.

Sorry you feel that way, but you can't give a negative opinion of a game you do not play. If you played in the past, and that was your perspective (which I do not share), the changes we did for Season 11 were mostly done in favor of new users and the opportunity to catch up faster.

It's very much possible, if you give your club name I can prove it to you if you like. We do not just make up numbers out of nowhere. But if your looking to have the best club the next day you register, this game is not for you.

Can you explain how works Headquarter please ? Because i don't get a thing about it.
I'm playing for over 1.5 year, I can't even afford a weak staff, I have -500k on my account and other pay 50 000 000 for one staff member. This games economy is ridiculous and makes no sense for new user.
Again, if you tell me your club name I can help you understand as to why the economy is not "ridiculous" as you claim it to be.
I don't care for you to explain anything. I play the game for 1.5 years, I see the finances of my team, I know the finances of older teams, I see the changes.

First of all, are you a new user?
If so, you should understand that with the staff members you start off with (AM & U19AM) is more than enough for a new user.
As you progress and learn more about the game, your squad will ask more out of you. You will see that being in higher divisions will require more investment (funds) into your squad. For this, you will need to obtain higher skill (rating) staff members and different roles. You should always have an AM and U19AM at all times (as they influence the most in training of your players).
You can see in the sponsor page (media page under "office" menu) which qualifications do you need in order to sign with better sponsors which would provide you with more income. Sponsors would require you to complete an amenity level and marketing level (amenity level is the amount of completed upgrades for an amenity for your stadium or training ground while marketing is the total rating sum of all your marketers for headquarters which 1 decent marketer is enough for most starting sponsors).
Aim to sign better sponsors each season, as their the highest revenue source you can always count on. They will even pay more if you meet certain conditions (such as winning X amount of matches) and this can be also view in the sponsor page. Focus on increasing your fanbase and eventually you will earn higher amount of revenue from associates as well.
As your finances allow, you will be able to hire more coaches, and other roles that will benefit your club in different ways. I highly suggest you read "Headquaters" which is the 5. of the rules page. You can also ask in our forum for more advice as there are many active members that like to help new clubs out.

Ok so, you said you've been playing for over a year and can not even afford "weak staff".

You have 20+ prospects (youth academy players) which is a lot for a club considering the amount of revenue you currently intake. Lower down the amount of spots and increase your standards to keep a prospect in trial. This will result in higher quality players without having to pay as much. I also see that you have a lot of players in your youth squad, most likely because of also the high amount of prospects. Terminate or sell only those you really intend to use as 28+ players for one single squad is not necessary at all.
The staff members you have are not weak at all (and you already have them), and you can train them over-time. As you know, for season 11 everyone essentially got their Headquarters reset (to make way for the new system and another + for new users) so no one has "great" staff members at this time. Focus on training one or two of them constantly and you will see that in the future they will be much more affordable as older clubs already filled their roles. Take the advantage that they are now generated every season and you will certainly be able to replace old ones that you did not improve with higher rating.
Looking at your past sponsors, the weekly revenue generated from Season 10 to Season 11 (which just started) almost doubled from 353,000 to 534,000. You should had focused more on signing high-tier sponsors as usually a club would already earn 800,000 a week on sponsors alone after 4-5 seasons (this is based on the data of other clubs).

Your main squad is ideal at your stage. I see for the most part you have been mindful about your finances with the exception of the handling of your Youth Academy and Youth Squad.
At the end of this season, you will be earning 3,000,000M+ from your associates (with possible bonuses depending on how you do) and over 17,000,000M+ from your sponsors. The target bonuses for lower-tier are very low so you should be able to accomplish them without much of an issue.
Your weekly finances should definitely be on the + side after you fix your Youth Academy. With the bonuses at the end of the season (over 20M+) this should keep your club running and be able to invest a large portion to improve future finances.
Now, for new clubs we've did some changes that will help them get a faster start. We had announced a 30% increase on their weekly finances during the first season, 20% for second, and 10% for third. We've also planned very soon on doing some changes to the amenities that would allow them to upgrade them faster and more affordable during prestige 0. Hopefully you will give FS another chance and see that the changes are indeed for the better of the game, thanks.

You see - that's problem. According to You my finanes are not that bad, they just need tweaking. Unfortunately, I will go bankrupt in a couple of weeks.
This week I have played two home league games + two cup games, so in theory I gained maximum amount of money I can, 4x ticket cash.
And yet my weekly finances balance was....-450k. 534k from sponsors, 160k from TV rights = 700k income. I've paind 434k for player wages, 629k for staff wages, 907k for academy. Do you see the problem? It was my biggest income week, if I won't play a game at my stadium next week instead of -450k, I will have -1.32m in the weekly finances.

I could cut down the academy, but even if I cut it in half (to 10 players), it will still be 450k - so almost all that I get from normal income, excluding tickets. And let's be honest, what's the point in having academy for 10 prospects, especially after the new changes when I don't see the age etc. of youths for a couple of weeks, so I have to keep them in order to see if they are worth having, or not?

I agree, currents staff is fine, I'd be quite happy with it. Problem is as - I can't afford them, they earn 630k weekly, so basically all that I earn each week.

The problem is I wasn't able to sign new sponsors, because there is a bug since the layout change. When I clicked on the offers, nothing happened, they just got highlighet, so the game signed a random sponsor automatically. Even now I can't even click on them to see the conditions to earn bonuses.

I would have to close the whole academy and sack half of the staff to get '0' on the weekly finanes. And then it would mean 0 progress for my team because I wouldn't get any new youths to train. So as You can see, I have two options now - stop improving and stay on same level or go bankrupt.
That's what I meant, there's no point in playing in my situation. Either I get bankrupt, or I won't improve and if I can't improve to get nearer the better teams, then there is no point in playing.
I really started to like FS before the changes. I didn't have a top level staff, but I was able to have a decent training staff and a good academy to hope for a star. My goal really isn't to win anything, I just wanted to have fun with my academy and improving my homegrown players. If one of my youths got into NT, I'd be fulfilled in this game.
Now, after the changes, even this small goal is impossible for me.

There was no bug for sponsors due to the layout change. You could not see if because you had adblock enabled and we had already informed you to disable it. Your far from going into bankruptcy, if you lower your prospects to around 5-8 you will certainly not reach the bankruptcy limit (-3,000,000M) and have positive outcome for most if not all of the weeks during the season. You will recover and have a lot of funds to work with when sponsors and associates pay out at the end of the season. Then you need to balance out your club for the future as you make expenses corrections your economy it will only get better and be able to afford better staffs down the road.

One more thing to add.
You have two marketers that give you total rating of 12,63 for 227K
I have four cheaper marketers that give me 13,42 for 120K
So that's 100K/week you could save in there.
