The proper question is how many goals Chelsea would score if Chelsea had Neymar instead of Hazard :-)

Of course stats is not everything, but Neymar is the kind of player that would score in every team. And yes, French leagues is weak, but it's his first season there and I'm not using stats from this season.

If you've watched Hazard at least once, then you'd realize how good he actually is. But I'm guessing you two just look at FIFA the video game and see Neymar is rated high so he must be better. Or you look at statistic in different leagues, where one is known to be much easier than the other.

# of tackles per match does not tell you how much defensive duties a player has/does. A lot of the defending Hazard has done especially under Mourinho is running back and forth in his own half as the opponent switches the ball constantly.
