I only like the cassis, and some other tasts, The redbull taste is nasty :/

Caffeine is considered a drug, a stimulant drug, apparently. Never knew it is a drug. So yes, Monster drinks contain drugs.

https://adf.org.au/drug-facts/caffeine/

And you can overdose yourself with caffeine, apparently.

All new info for me. Energy drinks are bad for you because of all the sugar, but for caffeine there are way worse drinks (see info in link)

100 ml coffee, from ground coffee beans, espresso style (192mg/100ml) contains more then 6 times the ammount of caffeine as in 100 ml energy drink (32mg/100ml)

wow

So if someone with an espresso in his or her hand ever tells you how bad your energy drink is because of all the caffeine, you can slap him or her with this fact ;D. Or any other cup of coffee btw, all contain way more caffeine.

umm

1. it depends on type of beans. easiest example: robusta contains a lot more caffeine than arabica.
2. 192mg per 100ml is still pretty... big number. seems too big
3. if someone with an espresso in his or her hand - have u ever seen somebody having a 100ml espresso?
4. espresso is more concentrated, but still
a) you rather have smaller shot than whole mug
b) extraction time when preparing espresso is rather short so u know
