It was a yellow orange painting... How do you think the red got on there? :-p

Who in the sane mind would even think of cashing out that kind of money for that giant shite painting? Even after the artist dies. He died, so what. Less shitty paintings.

The 20 Most Expensive Paintings In the World

https://wealthygorilla.com/most-expensive-paintings/

With another paiting from Mark Rothko, No. 6 (Violet, Green and Red), $186 Million :P

And then there are paintings not sold (yet) that can be even more expensive, De Nachtwacht for example, estimated value in 2011: $500 Million

But if it would be sold in the current market, I think a billion dollars would not be enough to buy it. And at least you get a seriously large painting for that kind of money, 379,5 × 453,5 cm :P

The painting is of a Jewish banker’s wife set in 1907 and was purchased by Ronald Lauder, a Russian billionaire, in 2006.

Wut?

The man was the US Ambassador in Austria under Reagan in the heat of the cold war.

The world would be a better place if he actually was Russian and only Russian ;)

It is a miracle with a face like this he sells anything.

But still, he has 4.3 billion to misuse .... and also buy art apparently

That badly painted Ukrainian flag is upside down. Pretty nice money, 130 million euros if you count in the pocket money for the badly painted Spanish flag. I'd easily pay 100 euros for a version of Finnish flag.

This is just like how transfermarket works. Barcelona buys a player who's transfermarket value is 20mil for 150mil, so they rapidly change his marketvalue for lets say 120mil. It doesnt matter how he plays, if he plays, just because someone was fool enough for paying 150mil, he is valuable.

People probably never heard of Rembrand's Night Watch, but all the facebook and other junk social media knows about that shitty painting sold for a truck of money.

Sooo...100 euros you say?

44mil for this one, i could do it white/blue for a little discount, what you say?
