I can barely play for more than 20-30 minutes, usually not even that long. Usually it's down to having stupid teammates who drive me insane, or else I play with people who behave like real bastards.

I can play it up to an hour if I have decent teammates who know where to stand in the goal (first post) and know how to pass and who actually realise its a team game :p
The teammates should also know that if more than one is standing in goal then both shouldn't cover the first post. I've seen incidents where three players have crowded the first post (pushing eachother out of the way in the process) and leaving the far post wide open for the opponents to score. It looks rather pathetic.
It doesn't take a genius to know that one players takes the first post and if another teammate is there he/she should cover the far side.
On the other hand I guess one should be grateful that some defend at all. Many seem to be obsessed with scoring goals and only attack, never defend.
