I've been accepted only 2 hours after applying.
I've managed to set a tactic for both offensive and defensive positions and I've managed to figure out how to pick the team.
How do you set training though and when does it occur?

you first choose which coach you want to lead the training and then select up to seven players (by clicking the skill you want them train) - i think
(select trainer: click the little head-with-blue-shirt-and-green-plus-button. selected coach and players should have a little head with blue shirt sign)

my german is weak so i wont translate it into deutsch. but from italian to english and from english to romanian ofc :)
P.S> a good thing is that you can watch the opponents previous matches ^^ this helps you creating a better tactic.
how can i make tactic, put players and set up training ?
look up. an autrian user wrote how to make the training. bu the tactic is like in sokker
"tattiche" on the main menu (left side) ->
drop down menu "tattica" choose one ->
"duplica come" insert name for tactic + click the notepad icon ->
look at the table above and find the box, where the name of your tactic and "modifica" meet, then click the pencil&paper-icon ->
now create a tactic (pretty much like in sokker. but notice, that you can give different orders for w/o ball and ballpossion for your team). when finished, click the floppy disk button on the right bottom of the tactic design window.
click "campionato" on the main menu ->
scroll down to "da giocare" and click the pencil&paper-icon ->
click the drop down menu "tattica" and choose your tactic ->
assign players to the positions in your tactic by choosing a number for them in their drop down menus ( the table should be no problem to understand because the abbrevations are in english. vis=pm, tac=def, hea = heading, the others are just like in sokker) ->
don't forget to save! (floppy disk icon again)
btw: training = allenamento, see above

I can't log in. I got 2 e-mails 1. Registrazione Ultimate Manager and 2nd. Attivazione Ultimate Manager. What I must do now?
training : monday and friday.

and atm an italian guys is creating and orgnaizer :) tried the beta version , seems nice :)
@saczers when i got the both mails i started to log in, when you get the second you can start logging:)
BUT DO NOT FORGET: your nick and password doesn't contain any capital letters EVEN IF YOU WROTE SO IN THE REGISTRATION, so write with tiny letters

link to organizer? write on forum to user : improbabil3 he gave me the organizer through mail. and some explanation also how to use it
