No offense taken. Korea and Japan at the top? No surprises there.
I was just using Romania as an example - it would still apply to most of the eastern European countries on that list..
There are also big differences between The Netherlands and Belgium, which is also quite strange.

I'm miles from the exchange, and the exchange i don't think can handle more than 2.5MB/s anyway!

At home I have mobile internet.
