I find the way to conect but dont know if its ilegal as I can change VPN. I change VPN as im in France and I got acess to sokker.org.
The question is if I change a VPN and connect will I be treated as cheater?
To whom I should adress this question?
Anyway for our comunity this is not a solution as I dont have a real life contact with majority of users from Crna Gora.

That is good info. I'll save that IP, because the "domain expired" still comes back from time to time (for example, between my last post and this one I got locked out due to this problem). So, at the moment is not possible to be 100% sure one will be able to log in through sokker.org when needed - and Sunday it's coming. I'd say to people: if you managed to access the site, set up your lineup for the next match at least. Now :P
setting 217.17.40.90 as sokker.org in windows hosts file fixed the issue for me but seems like it's working fine now anyway.

So, what is the best solution? I'm using proxy to have access with sokker (I'm u21-coach and I just had to make some tactic..just stuff where I can't do mobile).
How I can have access to sokker without using proxy and vpn?

Just now i connect normal. Lets see if its permanently.
Today I continue with the problems of the domain, they had not solved it? should re-start today's games, it would be fair.
Restart games? nope! Everyone was affected, not you just only ;)
I think more than one was affected ... I always wait after the update on Wednesday to prepare the match for U21 and I could not because of the domain.
As I said, everyone was affected! (todos estuvieron afectados y no algunos)
