Yes ofcourse, just as injured as during official matches.

Only arcade and junior league matches don't lead to any long-term injuries. The players still can be injured during the game, but that will only result in a substitution/getting off the field at worst, but after the game the players would be fine.

Is this normal? From average to very good in one week? What is his real level?

I'd say, around 7.5, need another ~2 weeks to be more certain. You should put him on the pitch in some junior matches to get a better estimation.
For the first 1-2 weeks the uncertainty is extremely high, like +/- 2 levels, so you may not take these points into account, but afterwards, you can estimate player's skill and talent with enough precision after ~8 weeks or so.

I’ve spent so much money trying to get an unearthly coach for my junior school, and still nothing. What are the odds :(

Also from someone’s experience does unearthly make a difference from magical? From one academy of a friend I know I think it makes a HUGE difference, but what do you guys think?

With a junior school and 4 top coaches does it make sense to be breaking even every 2 weeks?
Weekly I’ll lose 280k, but when I play home matches I get around 550-650k so I end up breaking even or slightly gaining. Does that happen to you guys too?

so, I'm losing between 170-180k € each week on average but it's pretty much nothing when You're not playing to be competitive and can focus on training (even if You waste some of Your training slots on players which are not going to be profitable because off showing of or NT reasons).

Account balance: 585 145 220 $.

With a pretty significant amount I could collect if I decide to sell my trainees for some reason.

And yeah that’s true if I had an average rating of 65-75 then my weekly wages would be so much higher...

Those amounts of money are killing this game eventually.
