Intuitively I would substract 0.2 for every additional coach skill. That would mean 4.6 with excellent = 3.6 with magical coach. Just a guess though.

imho 4.6 with excellent is something like 3.1 with magical

i think you are closer to the truth...... i had a talent 4,5 with vg (9) coach when i started, he had maximum talent in training

But no matter who is right, the increase in trainers effectivity is not linear, afaik....

this is what my 4,5 talent with very good coach managed in training:

PM: 23 week all gt to poor, 1+5 to weak after gt pop, 2 to average, 1+3 to adequate, 2 to solid
Passing: 2+4 to formidable
Tech: 2 to solid
Pace: 2 to average, 3 to adequate, 3 to good, 3 to solid, 3+1 to vg, 3+8 to excellent, 3+8 to formidab

And that was old junior school, so the 4,5 talent in junior school couldnt be debated

Well in your example my approach wouldn't be too far off, just saying :p 4.5 with very good ~ 3.1 with unearthly. And at least I have never seen a 3.0 in the old system.

But it's possible that it's nonlinear and it would be 3.2 or so with a magical coach.

So yep, I guess, the talent is about 3.2 with unearthly coach, which is pretty good.

Sorry for the delay. It was a configuration issue. Don't know why changed it, but I followed a step-by-step procedure from the internet and it worked :)

Stupid sokker... i had yesterday an arcade.

the number 4 got a red card, so another player took his place, second half i had an order to replace the number 4.... now i had 2 players playing on the same spot. :D

No, it's not cookies, it's just Chrome. Read previous page. There is solution there.
