this engine is a f..cking bullshit!! I know that, since 10 years of playing sokker. But I don't understand why it should make me problems when I coach a small NT ?? I do all the best for that NT but the random always makes me problems!!
Maybe the tactic of the other managers is better.
Looking at both tactics in last match against Indonesia, the tactic of the opponent can be way more effecient. I have used both many times, and I always prefer the tactic with 1 wingmid if skills are good enough.

I have a team with mostly 16/17/18 pace and all 11 or higher tech. But I also have the smallest pitch possible. should i gain when i make it as big as possible?

It's mostly important to have high playmaking and passing skill. With a bigger pitch you increase the action radius when you're in ball possession. high pace also contribute to it, but high tech is better for smaller pitches cause your ball control is better and you decrease your time needed to make an action. If your overall technique is better than your playmaking/passing skill, have a small pitch, otherwise a larger pitch is better!
playmaking and passing are also high (at least most likely higher than a lot of the opposite teams.)
