It should go like this : first question the suspect, then arrest him if you have enough proof

What kind of proof : that he sold a very good player for 6M ? Sounds logical to me...
And besides that, they didn't question him first...

well
1/ this is not the place to discuss
2/ that player wasnt worth 6M euros
3/ read the U21 topic, where a MOD tells why they banned him

1 What is the place to discuss ? It has a great deal to do with the World Cup !
2 since we don't know the skills of the player, we don't know his price (even if there is such a thing as a fixed price)
3 there is no explanation in the U21 topic

Why do admins first ban people and ask afterwards for an explanation ?
Shouldn't it be the other way round ?
I saied it little bit wrong...
his crime was worth of ban, and there could be light change to unban him if he want's to give somekind of explanation...
but anyway this is now off-topic and if this continues I have to close this...
this is conversation about World Cup 3, not about specific banning...
