Subject: juniors school

hi guys

i have a coach for juniors but only 2 in school. when will enter some new juniors in school? is there a specific day ?

and why only 2 until now and not more ?

Be sure you can afford a youth school!!

You can get max 6 new players each week, if you have enough free places, but you can also get 0.

New juniors will enter youth school every Saturday. On Thursday they will be ready to be promoted when they have 0 weeks left in youth school.

Be sure you keep the right juniors, don't waste you money on the wrong players :)



EDIT1: and make sure you have the right youth trainer, look at salary and general appraisal, NOT individual skills for head coach!

A youth trainer like this, from the transferlist (salary as low as possible!):
Very good - max salary 5200
Outstanding - max salary 8000

Honestly, after 2 weeks you shouldn't open a youth school yet. NO way you can financially sustain it :)

Indeed, it isn't the best thing to do. First invest in team. But with a lot of luck it could pay out, if a number of good 16y old players enter the youth school. It is a gamble and could turn out very badly with financial problems.

The good thing is, he/she did replace the crappy players with new players. With in total only 14 and not 22, but I have seen other managers doing that. I never have tried it so can't say it's a bad tactic to do it that way.

i know that is a bitter more expensive but if you are alien lucky you can get a junior with high skills and a good profit from him

the bankrupt is at -500 000. i will try to see how is going.

also to not opern another topic : if i go with the balance to -500 000 or more my team i think it will go away.after how much time i can apply for a new one ? didnt find this information until now.

But easiest way in the beginning is to just buy players and fire them befor you have to pay their wage on Saturday. Except for your trainees.
Junior school is impossible (you cannot afford a decent youth coach for starters) in the first seasons.

... or when team is bankrupted, start a new team with a different mail. Then there is no 50 days waiting time.

And I don´t mean 2 teams at the same time, that is not allowed and can be found out with loggin data.

I disagree. I would recommend you to open a youth school. I did it as well, I had an outstanding coach (costs are 8000) and that is affordable. Do not allow too many players in your youth school and only hold on to the players which are good enough. If you are lucky you will have one good trainee and you can sell it for (a lot of) money.

I did this as well, I had a good player and sold it for around 2 million, which is a huge amount of money for a starter. With the gained 2 million I could built up my own team much faster. You have to be lucky but it is definitely worth taking the risk in my opinion.

thanks for the suport. i know that is a great risk but because i havent played this game for a long time i did some mistakes with the money. i will open one in the superior league where i will go in severeal weeks and then i can afford a good coach for my juniors.

for now i have a greater problem.this text is from the rules of the game.is about the match and the training. is in romanian but i will explain it in english also :

Aceste poziţii determină modul în care îi este spus jucătorului să joace (ex. fundaşii trebuie să deposedeze mai mult decât să încerce să dribleze un adversar şi să-şi pună echipa în pericol dacă pierde mingea).Fiecare poziţie are un număr maxim de jucători care pot fi puşi. Acestea sunt: 1 pentru GK, 5 pentru DEF, 5 pentru MID si 3 pentru ATT. Dacă, într-un meci, joci cu mai mult decât numărul maxim de jucători pe poziţie (de exemplu 6 DEF ), sau aliniezi mai puţin de 10 jucători, sau ştergi tactica setată pentru meci vei pierde antrenamentul corespunzător acelui meci.

so..if you use more then 1 gk , 5 def , 5 mid and 3 att in a game you will lose the training for that game. my question is this : how are we supposed to play with only 1 gk ? if he gets an injury whats going to happen? you lose the game for sure.and because of my logic i always used 1 gk in the game and 1 as a reserve for that match. probably i didnt got any training by now because of that.
my status for every match was the team of 11 + 1 gk,1 def,1 mid/1 att.

if the gk gets an injury he will be replace by the gk on the bench. That's still only one Gk on the field, no problem. Same for others positions, the only rules : you can't play more than 1 gk , 5 def , 5 mid and 3 att on the FIELD, the bench don't count !

it was a little confusing but now i understand. i took a look on older players matches and seen 2 gk. 1 in the field and 1 sub. stupid question but had to ask. tank you
