Hello. I am 40 years old civil engineer from Finland. I am married and I have 3 children (6, 4 and 2 yo). I've been playing Sokker since 2006-04-30. This is my 6th season whit Suomi U21 and third attempt to win the World Cup.
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
I have a good experience and I got through the qualifiers. Thats why I received a continue period.
How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
A very difficult qualifying (but easy qroup) and the close was that I would not have reached the World Cup. Not good season for me.
Each year Finns expect success so also this season.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Difficult group and of course Romania is a favorite... I think that Romania and Suomi goes through, but but there is always the possibility of Nederland and Danmark.
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.
Polska, Romania and Česká republika
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Miska Härmälä, who has one of the best keeper in the sokker in the his age group. Amazing talent! He is only 20 years old and still ours the best.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?
There is accompanied by a lot of teams that could surprise for everyone. Maybe France who just beat us in friendly 1-6 or maybe Crna Gora form Group G... And Suomi of course because I am the best coach. ;-)

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
It was not perfect, but we played the WCQ with youngest team in group, and 7-8 of the starters, are here for the WC. So Im hoping for this season to be impressive. Although we were seeded 3rd from start in group, we had a team that should have finished 2nd with more points.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
It is the group of death, i come with an 58 avg marking team, and i am the weakest nation lol
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.
Ceska, Poland, and actually with a bit of luck denmark as we have a golden generation this time around
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Westerberg, as he is the only world class striker we have, but Achmed and Abildstrøm will make ravage at the WC too.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Hello, my name is Rodrigo Carvalho and in sokker i know as Woody. I'm have 21 years old and this is my 4th U21WC as coach, in my last U21WC i was finalist with Switzerland. I'm the only south american coach to play a WC final in sokker.
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
II'm become coach in Poland because i want to be the best and to be best you need to play with the best.
How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
Was perfect, i never lose any match last season and I hope to keep this unbeaten run until the end of U21WC. Polish community expects Poland world champion, Poland is always a favorite but This time I feel that the Polish community has more confidence in it. I do not like to find myself favorite, what I can say is that I'm going to do my best to be the champion.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Difficult group, i know Switzerland and Andreasson and Bulgaria was a difficult opponent in a friendly match last season, I believe I should keep my guard because these 2 teams could surprise me.
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.
I think Hungary is favorite, have a strong coach, in my option he is one of the best U21 coaches, Belgium is a favorite too because win the last 2 editions and i think Romania is favorite because have a strong team.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Is always important have a good team, not only one good player, but i think some players could be special in strategy, Henryk Gmiński is the best U21 MID in the world and have a player with this level is always important, Mieszko Bogacz is our hope to make much goals and help Poland is this U21WC.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?
Surprises... Maybe Brazil, Germany if Tsolias achieve a quick adaptation, even Switzerland or Bulgaria in my group, i think many countries could surprise.
I think the level of U21 coaches are better, the teams have big differences.

Hi all! I am 27 years old and play sokker for quiet 12 years. What a great time - sokker never changed but I stayed. I coached many national teams (Switzerland, Austria, Lietuva, USA21, Hayastan, South Africa, Australia) and now I want to bring the gold-medal home to Switzerland ;)
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
Cause I love the challenge. And we have a small but great community.
How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
We had a good season, qualified without problems and are actually on place 16 in the world. We surely want to pass the group-stage- won`t be easy... But to be honest: I dream of a medal.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Hard group. Poland is the favorit. We and Bulgaria should fight for the second place, Ukraine will be the outsider. At the end we have to be second or first, then the competition starts again.

Poland, Romania, Switzerland ;)
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Hmmm... Not easy. I choose our striker Severin Schori. We need him to play a good tournament. At the U21 good strikers and goalkeepers can make the difference.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?
Russia - we had many problems with them in the Quali. No really brilliant players but a good coach.

- I think U21 VietNam team have very good players, but it should be leaded by a good coach to win the game, and that why i'm here now.

- Last season we didn't play well in some of matchs but with a little lucky, finally we have qualified. In VietNam comunication, they don't expect too much except hoping me to bring the trophy to our country :D

Luckily something still keeps me stuck to this game, which are the young layers, the will of promoting a great player. I have been in the last divisions for All my playing time, but do not underestimate me because I had the knowledge, the will and the support. Promoting and selling good players to get enough money in cash to invest and train young Portuguese players it’s my future goal. Not first division for shore.
Why have you become U21 coach of this country!
This selection I know her very well, because in my last passage I made a good work in development of the future generations giving experience and game in the qualification to athletes of 18 years and 19. I qualified the selection but I did not make the world-wide one, because I ended up giving up the candidacy for personal reasons, and when I regretted it and wanted to continue the work, the Portuguese were divided and they not forgive me for leaving the selection shortly after the qualification. I lost the strongest qualification ever. Then after the word cup with coatch of Real Madrid X, "banido" took over and I was rested with portugal in good hands. This year and in the last day, I decided to compete because what happened with our coach, I believe I can follow up on the excellent campaign that the “banido” did..
You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC? What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
The fact that I was not the coach is not relevant because the philosophy is the same as the previous coach. The expectations are high of course portugal has a lot of 14 very good players, the rest depends on my ability and some luck too. Unfortunately the Portuguese community does not expect much because we are less often, and with accounts that represent more than 50% of the best players of this generation blocked and without training, the future is certainly not very good. Yet we are few but our ambition is giant. At the end of the campaign, I will talk about the problems we have at the moment.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Expectations all coaches have, at this stage anyone can surprise. We want to move on, we believe we have a hypothesis and we will be working hard for that In a very short time. Because Portugal does not have a good phase with the accounts of 3 of our best coaches of young banished, we want to dedicate to them an ambitious place in the final. They gave a lot of time of dedication and invested a lot of money in this joint objective the U21. It’s difficult group, we believe in our generation but we know that we cannot make mistakes or we will be out. I hope Portugal goes ahead, and El Salvador they make a great job in qualification.

We believe in the strength of the group. We have a competent group, with some weaknesses but we have our weapons.

I think Hungary is favorite, have a strong coach, in my option he is one of the best U21 coaches, Belgium is a favorite too because win the last 2 editions and i think Romania is favorite because have a strong team.

Is always important have a good team, not only one good player, but i think some players could be special in strategy, Henryk Gmiński is the best U21 MID in the world and have a player with this level is always important, Mieszko Bogacz is our hope to make much goals and help Poland is this U21WC.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?
Surprises... Maybe Brazil, Germany if Tsolias achieve a quick adaptation, even Switzerland or Bulgaria in my group, i think many countries could surprise.
I think the level of U21 coaches are better, the teams have big differences.

Hi all! I am 27 years old and play sokker for quiet 12 years. What a great time - sokker never changed but I stayed. I coached many national teams (Switzerland, Austria, Lietuva, USA21, Hayastan, South Africa, Australia) and now I want to bring the gold-medal home to Switzerland ;)
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
Cause I love the challenge. And we have a small but great community.
How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
We had a good season, qualified without problems and are actually on place 16 in the world. We surely want to pass the group-stage- won`t be easy... But to be honest: I dream of a medal.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Hard group. Poland is the favorit. We and Bulgaria should fight for the second place, Ukraine will be the outsider. At the end we have to be second or first, then the competition starts again.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Hmmm... Not easy. I choose our striker Severin Schori. We need him to play a good tournament. At the U21 good strikers and goalkeepers can make the difference.

Russia - we had many problems with them in the Quali. No really brilliant players but a good coach.

Luckily something still keeps me stuck to this game, which are the young layers, the will of promoting a great player. I have been in the last divisions for All my playing time, but do not underestimate me because I had the knowledge, the will and the support. Promoting and selling good players to get enough money in cash to invest and train young Portuguese players it’s my future goal. Not first division for shore.
Why have you become U21 coach of this country!
This selection I know her very well, because in my last passage I made a good work in development of the future generations giving experience and game in the qualification to athletes of 18 years and 19. I qualified the selection but I did not make the world-wide one, because I ended up giving up the candidacy for personal reasons, and when I regretted it and wanted to continue the work, the Portuguese were divided and they not forgive me for leaving the selection shortly after the qualification. I lost the strongest qualification ever. Then after the word cup with coatch of Real Madrid X, "banido" took over and I was rested with portugal in good hands. This year and in the last day, I decided to compete because what happened with our coach, I believe I can follow up on the excellent campaign that the “banido” did..
You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC? What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
The fact that I was not the coach is not relevant because the philosophy is the same as the previous coach. The expectations are high of course portugal has a lot of 14 very good players, the rest depends on my ability and some luck too. Unfortunately the Portuguese community does not expect much because we are less often, and with accounts that represent more than 50% of the best players of this generation blocked and without training, the future is certainly not very good. Yet we are few but our ambition is giant. At the end of the campaign, I will talk about the problems we have at the moment.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Expectations all coaches have, at this stage anyone can surprise. We want to move on, we believe we have a hypothesis and we will be working hard for that In a very short time. Because Portugal does not have a good phase with the accounts of 3 of our best coaches of young banished, we want to dedicate to them an ambitious place in the final. They gave a lot of time of dedication and invested a lot of money in this joint objective the U21. It’s difficult group, we believe in our generation but we know that we cannot make mistakes or we will be out. I hope Portugal goes ahead, and El Salvador they make a great job in qualification.

We believe in the strength of the group. We have a competent group, with some weaknesses but we have our weapons.

This is my 10.season with Hungary U21. My best is a bronze medal with Hungary U21.I'm very proud of this team.(and of all team in this time :) )

This is my birth country and i will try to make all time the best what i can do. I don'plan only for 1-2 season i was long time coach here and in Slovenija too, but after a long time i need a new challange.I thin this will be my last season here :)

We won our WCQ group without a defeat. I am never satisfied, so the last season have benn better :)

Turkey is a very strong team i think they are the favorit, but Hellas can make a surprise in all time. I think for Ireland is the WC a good journey :)

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
Some people in Germany believe I can lead the team on the U21WC for gold. Not this time, the next. If it happens on the next weeks, it will also be for me an unexpected surprise.
You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC? What can people expect
from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
- Yes indeed it can be a big disadvantage. However a new coach may take bigger risks and make unexpected wins. He is simple unpredictable.
- I am weird enough to suppose what people can expect from my country in the competition. They shall expect whatever they want.
- Finally, the community of my country shall expect from me doing my best. Perhaps I am not serious, but I take my job very seriously.

- I start with the weakest on, it is Russia. They have a new coach and perhaps he can make some surprises.
- Montenegro should considered to be the weakest team, but coach DelP1ero and his supporters have shown in the past seasons, that they can make big suprises. By the way I am an admirer of him!
- The strongest team of the group is Italy. They have also a new coach and Italy is always a medal aspirant.

Hello everybody! I'm Simone, I'm 24 years old and I have been the U21 NT-coach of Belgium in the last 4 seasons. In the real life I work for an one of the major investment banks in Italy. I started to play sokker in 2011 and I love this game. Becoming the CT of Belgium has been a dream that had came true.
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
After winning the last WC I decided to candidate myself at the guide of Belgium U21 for the second time in order to give continuity to my work in this nation. Moreover I like a lot the Belgian community which give me all the necessary support to work at the best of my possibilities.
How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) This time you will play the U21WC defending the world title, België won the two last editions, do you feel any pressure because of that? What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
I would like to live my experience in Belgium without any pressure: at the end this is only a beautiful game and I have already won the WC! I knew that it will be very difficult to win the WC another time. I think also Belgian community knows this. Anyway the community can expect that I will put the maximum effort on WC
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
We are in a very strong group, so it is very difficult to make forecasts. I think that Brasil and France are very strong teams that require a lot of attention and study before playing against them. The two coaches are very good in preparing tactics. It will be important also not to underestimate China even if their community is smaller than ours. It will be a difficult group but I think that Belgium, Brasil and France have good chances to go through.

In my opinion Polska is the favourite team for the victory. They have a very strong team and one of the best coaches in Sokker. Then, Italy and Romania are other two teams that have great possibilities to arrive at the final and play for the victory.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
The most important player in our squad is our captain Dominik Boury because of his long experience with our U21 team. He is more than a player for the other guys in the team. He is the man who coordinate the mates in the field

Belgium I hope! Then there are a lot of very good coaches that can make the live difficult to most of the powerful teams. Anway, in my opinion, all the nations have seen in recent seasons a reducing level of their NT teams. For this reason, there are some teams, that are not historically the strongest, which can make the lives very difficult to the other teams.

Hi! I have 24 years old and I am a history teacher, i play sokker since 2007 and this is my first experience as a U21 coach. I love this game and with each passing year I am a little more sad because of the abandonment that it is, as well as the huge loss of users that is increasing. My mom says I'm cute.
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
I was had been scout for several seasons and with several other coaches. I had never felt called or prepared to coach in the Brazilian U21 team. I just realized that I could do something more and pave the way for even better things to happen. It is an honor to have been chosen to U21 coach in Brazil.
How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
The learning process is constant. I rate it as positive but it could have been a lot better for not having been 100% in qualifying for some mistakes due to lack of experience. The community can expect all my strength to go as far as possible. The focus will always be on the top.

Difficult beginning by loosing or drawing against very law ranked nations. I had to win all resting matchs to be qualified and ... we did ^^
I think going on final phase were a good surprise for people who are supporting french team.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
No idea about Chinese Level, so i'm very prudent. Brazil had already won against France in friendly and Belgium is a favorite for winning the WC ...
So, be second in this group were an amazing hapiness.

My name is Leslie Hadaró, I'm 33 years old and I'm from Hungary.
I was NT coach in Hong Kong, in Slovenija U21 coach for 7 seasons and scout in Hungary,Slovenija for a lot of seasons,Belarus and in some other countries for a season.
This is my 10.season with Hungary U21. My best is a bronze medal with Hungary U21.I'm very proud of this team.(and of all team in this time :) )
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
This is my birth country and i will try to make all time the best what i can do. I don'plan only for 1-2 season i was long time coach here and in Slovenija too, but after a long time i need a new challange.I thin this will be my last season here :)
How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
We won our WCQ group without a defeat. I am never satisfied, so the last season have benn better :)
Congratz for Venezuela to the qualify, this was a surprise in the group :) Users expect that the U21 qualify to the next round! So we will fight for this:)
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Turkey is a very strong team i think they are the favorit, but Hellas can make a surprise in all time. I think for Ireland is the WC a good journey :)

Polska, Italia and Česká republika.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
I think the team is more important, all player will make his own job in the team and so the team can be better and better.

Česká republika,Crna Gora,Schweiz, and of course Hungary :D. The Top teams are better than others, but the difference is less than earlier.

Evrything can be possible. You just need to want it. The belive is a strong weapon, we must only belive in the Team and they fight for this cup from the first minute until the last.

Once I coached a real team, when I studied in the University. The greek students team! We won the Nations Cup of the University; It was a great fun and the girls loved it too :)
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
Some people in Germany believe I can lead the team on the U21WC for gold. Not this time, the next. If it happens on the next weeks, it will also be for me an unexpected surprise.
You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC? What can people expect
from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
- Yes indeed it can be a big disadvantage. However a new coach may take bigger risks and make unexpected wins. He is simple unpredictable.
- I am weird enough to suppose what people can expect from my country in the competition. They shall expect whatever they want.
- Finally, the community of my country shall expect from me doing my best. Perhaps I am not serious, but I take my job very seriously.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
- I start with the weakest on, it is Russia. They have a new coach and perhaps he can make some surprises.
- Montenegro should considered to be the weakest team, but coach DelP1ero and his supporters have shown in the past seasons, that they can make big suprises. By the way I am an admirer of him!
- The strongest team of the group is Italy. They have also a new coach and Italy is always a medal aspirant.
Who will go through: Italy and Germany.

To be the coach of Crna Gora (Montenegro) its a challenge and privilage. I took this "job" cos I want to give satisfaction to our small comunity (27 in total) and that way price their efforts.

It was a nice season. Pass the qualifications was our goal. Now we play our bonus games, and try to improve our best WC result (top 16).

Each team will do the best they can to pass the group but its obvious that most chance for that have Germany and Italy.

Hello everybody! I'm Simone, I'm 24 years old and I have been the U21 NT-coach of Belgium in the last 4 seasons. In the real life I work for an one of the major investment banks in Italy. I started to play sokker in 2011 and I love this game. Becoming the CT of Belgium has been a dream that had came true.
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
After winning the last WC I decided to candidate myself at the guide of Belgium U21 for the second time in order to give continuity to my work in this nation. Moreover I like a lot the Belgian community which give me all the necessary support to work at the best of my possibilities.
How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) This time you will play the U21WC defending the world title, België won the two last editions, do you feel any pressure because of that? What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
I would like to live my experience in Belgium without any pressure: at the end this is only a beautiful game and I have already won the WC! I knew that it will be very difficult to win the WC another time. I think also Belgian community knows this. Anyway the community can expect that I will put the maximum effort on WC
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
We are in a very strong group, so it is very difficult to make forecasts. I think that Brasil and France are very strong teams that require a lot of attention and study before playing against them. The two coaches are very good in preparing tactics. It will be important also not to underestimate China even if their community is smaller than ours. It will be a difficult group but I think that Belgium, Brasil and France have good chances to go through.
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.
In my opinion Polska is the favourite team for the victory. They have a very strong team and one of the best coaches in Sokker. Then, Italy and Romania are other two teams that have great possibilities to arrive at the final and play for the victory.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
The most important player in our squad is our captain Dominik Boury because of his long experience with our U21 team. He is more than a player for the other guys in the team. He is the man who coordinate the mates in the field
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?
Belgium I hope! Then there are a lot of very good coaches that can make the live difficult to most of the powerful teams. Anway, in my opinion, all the nations have seen in recent seasons a reducing level of their NT teams. For this reason, there are some teams, that are not historically the strongest, which can make the lives very difficult to the other teams.

I want to thank all the Belgian community to give me the possibility to play my third WC: it is a dream to play the most important tournament in Sokker and fight against the best tacticians in the world. I hope that all user from all over the world will enjoy to see the WC matches.

Hi! I have 24 years old and I am a history teacher, i play sokker since 2007 and this is my first experience as a U21 coach. I love this game and with each passing year I am a little more sad because of the abandonment that it is, as well as the huge loss of users that is increasing. My mom says I'm cute.
Why have you become U21 coach of this country?
I was had been scout for several seasons and with several other coaches. I had never felt called or prepared to coach in the Brazilian U21 team. I just realized that I could do something more and pave the way for even better things to happen. It is an honor to have been chosen to U21 coach in Brazil.
How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?
The learning process is constant. I rate it as positive but it could have been a lot better for not having been 100% in qualifying for some mistakes due to lack of experience. The community can expect all my strength to go as far as possible. The focus will always be on the top.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Belgie and Brasil.

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?
First of all, nothing would make me more happy than to watch Czech republic winning its first gold medal. Sorry, Woody. :P
Furthermore, I would like to see more people than ever discuss about the World Cup matches. After all there are only one or two U21 World Cups every year, we all should enjoy it.
Last but not least, this edition already brought something new that I like. So far only NT coaches or ex-coaches were asked for expert previews, but I have always been only a scout or maybe (unofficially) an assistant. Finally these invisible people behind U21 national teams (scouts, assistants and managers who are devoted to training future NT stars) have their representative among experts!
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.
Poland has the best strikers, no serious weakness and is led by a decent coach. If they win the tournament, nobody will be surprised and to be honest having a decent coach is not even a necessary condition for winning (even borkos007 managed to win U21 WC and describing him as decent would be an insult to all the decent coaches :P). Now I must pose a question that comes to my mind: Who can defeat Poland if they have a decent coach now?
I believe all the teams ranked as TOP 6 can make it if they are lucky enough and choose proper tactics. If I had to choose two, it would be Czech republic and Hungary. I have four reasons that justify my choice. First, Turkey and Italy have new coaches who have less time to get accustomed to their teams. And Romanian coach withdrew his candidature in the middle of the elections. It was only for a while, but you never know when another shitstorm on Sokker România happens and if the current coach will be able to handle it. :D On the other hand ostulc and rohamkacsa are experienced coaches who know what they want to achieve (just like Woody).
Second, I want to be original. Most people would say Romania, Italy or Belgium are the teams that can win this edition (apart form Poland), but Hungary and Czech republic are usually underestimated and barely someone mentions them.
Third, it would be nice if so many Central European countries reached the semifinals. It would make V4 Cup, a friendly tournament held after the World Cup, much more prestigeous. Just like the last time when you, Woody, won the silver, Moppi and ostulc bronze medals and then you all clashed in DACH-Cup.
Finally, my last argument is: Why not? There is no Paraguay to stop us like they did the last time.

Slovakia. Their coach jezo is a great tactician who won Slovakian Super Liga several times and reached the eight-finals of CC. He is also the only Slovak who reached the WC quarter-finals with their U21 NT. Their midfield and attack is weak as hell, but that might not stop them.
And who can make some really big surprise in the group stage? Maybe Montenegro - they have an experienced coach Del P1er0 who can make trouble for the favored teams of Italy and Germany.
In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams? Does this explain why Belgium has won the last two editions even though it has a much smaller community in number than Poland and Romania?
Belgium won the last two editions, because they had competent coaches (not like that wrestny manager and überweak tactician väinämöinen :P), good community and a lot of luck. They were lucky not to meet Poland in the last two tournaments and to defeat Romania in the last final match (you cannot expect from weaker team to have more dangerous shots than the team with 6 points higher average mark, the weaker can only be as prepared as possible and hope that luck will be on his side).
My answer is no - the other U21 teams are not coming at the level of the strongest teams. Decreasing number of users makes Poland stronger, because they still have enough substitutes and weaker countries do not. Last tournament was one big failure from their side, but it was a consequence of bad tactics and scouting.

First of all, nothing would make me more happy than to watch Czech republic winning its first gold medal. Sorry, Woody. :P
Furthermore, I would like to see more people than ever discuss about the World Cup matches. After all there are only one or two U21 World Cups every year, we all should enjoy it.
Last but not least, this edition already brought something new that I like. So far only NT coaches or ex-coaches were asked for expert previews, but I have always been only a scout or maybe (unofficially) an assistant. Finally these invisible people behind U21 national teams (scouts, assistants and managers who are devoted to training future NT stars) have their representative among experts!
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.
Poland has the best strikers, no serious weakness and is led by a decent coach. If they win the tournament, nobody will be surprised and to be honest having a decent coach is not even a necessary condition for winning (even borkos007 managed to win U21 WC and describing him as decent would be an insult to all the decent coaches :P). Now I must pose a question that comes to my mind: Who can defeat Poland if they have a decent coach now?
I believe all the teams ranked as TOP 6 can make it if they are lucky enough and choose proper tactics. If I had to choose two, it would be Czech republic and Hungary. I have four reasons that justify my choice. First, Turkey and Italy have new coaches who have less time to get accustomed to their teams. And Romanian coach withdrew his candidature in the middle of the elections. It was only for a while, but you never know when another shitstorm on Sokker România happens and if the current coach will be able to handle it. :D On the other hand ostulc and rohamkacsa are experienced coaches who know what they want to achieve (just like Woody).
Second, I want to be original. Most people would say Romania, Italy or Belgium are the teams that can win this edition (apart form Poland), but Hungary and Czech republic are usually underestimated and barely someone mentions them.
Third, it would be nice if so many Central European countries reached the semifinals. It would make V4 Cup, a friendly tournament held after the World Cup, much more prestigeous. Just like the last time when you, Woody, won the silver, Moppi and ostulc bronze medals and then you all clashed in DACH-Cup.
Finally, my last argument is: Why not? There is no Paraguay to stop us like they did the last time.
Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.
Slovakia. Their coach jezo is a great tactician who won Slovakian Super Liga several times and reached the eight-finals of CC. He is also the only Slovak who reached the WC quarter-finals with their U21 NT. Their midfield and attack is weak as hell, but that might not stop them.
And who can make some really big surprise in the group stage? Maybe Montenegro - they have an experienced coach Del P1er0 who can make trouble for the favored teams of Italy and Germany.
In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams? Does this explain why Belgium has won the last two editions even though it has a much smaller community in number than Poland and Romania?
Belgium won the last two editions, because they had competent coaches (not like that wrestny manager and überweak tactician väinämöinen :P), good community and a lot of luck. They were lucky not to meet Poland in the last two tournaments and to defeat Romania in the last final match (you cannot expect from weaker team to have more dangerous shots than the team with 6 points higher average mark, the weaker can only be as prepared as possible and hope that luck will be on his side).
My answer is no - the other U21 teams are not coming at the level of the strongest teams. Decreasing number of users makes Poland stronger, because they still have enough substitutes and weaker countries do not. Last tournament was one big failure from their side, but it was a consequence of bad tactics and scouting.

Today starts the 13th edition of the U21 World Cup! In fact Already started, because France just won by 4-0 China a some minutes ago.

Well.... For me the U21WC is the best moment i have in sokker, i play 3 times this cup It has always been special to me, it is the moment that all emotion appears, where we get more anxious than anything, counting the days, hours, minutes and seconds to start this show.
It is also the moment of sadness, suffering an unsatisfactory result, the excitement of the first win, a sadness for a quick elimination.... the desire to win at any cost.
What I like to say is that coaches of National Teams is like a F1 drivers, because they have a team and fans to support and this is the community, that will always support rooting for him to get the highest place at podium, in this case is the gold thophy, the most desire of many coaches, be U21WC champion.
That's my feeling about it and made the guide putting all these my feelings on it, to all coaches good luck today.
