You put every skill on magical right? In the skill selector.

You must choose every skill magical if you want to have big chance for unearthly coach.
But you can try to find cheapest unearthly coach if you choose GK skill brilliant.But that will be reduce your chance which you are looking for unearthly coach

That's what I've done :) But after spending at least 3 million on recruiting coaches and not getting an unearthly coach, all hope is lost :p
