I would like training to be, that you don't have to sacrifice The cup every season if you want to work on stable financial income. It's stupid you have to sacrifice a part of gameplay to go for 'the long term plan'. But the game is long term oriented already.

Cut the second ligue (and other lower) in two leagues:
L2 (32 teams) will be then:
L2 "PRO" with 16 teams and down L2 "Classic" with 16 teams
First will up in higher league automatically (finish waiting 10 seasons in same league with same bot!)
7th and 8th will be down automatically
And why not keeping tie-qualif matches for the second against 5th and 6th ... (i would love it too)
Sponsors have to be created in new div by a simple average calcul.
But please ...................... whatever gays in forum aren't no more in last div. change those div. with an only one group (junior system with some better ideas) for killing 80% of the bot:
it's the big reason why newbies don't stay with us.

I don't know which is the way you are thinking, but I wouldn't like to see the current structure of the training to be changed. Sokker has a unique way of training which is being influenced by the games and gives a variety of different players concerning the skills, To sum up, as far as I am concerned, the development of the players is made in a realistic way and a total change in the structure of the training will bring negative results to sokker fans.

- Introduce Team/Individual Playing Styles (e.g. long/short pass styles etc.)
I would like to propose and that similar skills to the players must be added e.g. a player to be good to long pass, or to short and by this way their positions in the game could be separated. At the same time, the passing orders that somebody gives for ways of team's development in the game to become better when he has proper players.while users will be looking for more specialized options players
- More statistics for players and teams
A good idea could be that more statistics for each player are added, like the skills in the type of the passing (that I have already mentioned), like which the player's best foot is, , how good he is in fouls, corners, penalties and all the above to be categorised in the existing ranks.

- Reduce bottom divisions into one big league similar to the junior leagues

Already suggested on the test forum to the DEVs :) Hopefully it will be introduced as many coaches are becoming to old and should retire some day, and making players your coach would be a good and cheap option to replace these old coaches.
What about an "Hall of Fame" for every team for their old players?

There is definitely a need for some sort of autobid system. At the moment the current system is not fair and in fact punishing on users who live outside Europe friendly timezones for 2 reasons.
1) We can't buy players without deliberately overpaying for players simply because all reasonable players are sold during times we physically can not be online. For example most of the players on the transfer market that I'd be interested in is between the hours of 2-5am and that's just not physically possible for me to be online given other life commitments such as work.
2) Similarly, we can't sell players at the best times so we often end up with players going for under their value.
We therefore earn less money then everywhere else as a direct result of time zones. There's simply no argument against the disadvantage we face, the main one has been but you get the bargains in the early hours Europe time. That's not really true as they are few and far between. We might end up with 1 decent player on the list at a suitable time but then everyone in the timezone fights for them because you won't get any other shot.
An autobid (max bid) system would solve this problem and at least make the transfer market fair. Yes prices might rise a fraction and yes you might not find as many bargains but at the same time you'll get higher prices from players you sell.
I honestly can't see why people think this will ruin the game if done correctly. To me it's almost like people don't even think about the positives in this situation and instead rush to the conclusion, oh no we won't be able to get bargains or everything will cost more so I can't get a player. Well as it stands, I'd rather fail to get a player due to being overbidded then not being able to even buy a player in the first place.
It probably didn't matter so much before when leagues were separate but now with the CC on a regular basis it can't really be disputed about the disadvantage being outside Europe.
The autobid system if properly implemented would remove this and actually make the transfer market accessible regardless of the timezones of users.
Failing that, how else can you remove the disadvantage?

Open at least one match to 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in week 15. This will not prejudice teams with your trainning and finances because they have a match unless others.
