Except when the national coach is in the same league as you are, and selected the best 3, 4 etc of your players as national team players so he/she can see your strength ..... ;)

I don't think coaches should have refuse buttons...
It's all part of the game. People should be gratefull their players got selected for the NT.
But it might be a good idea to integrate NT pages for players, only visible for the NT coach of that country, to place it's last updated skills and the date of that update so coaches have a fair idea how they looked like. Certainly for players from botteams...
Also, NT players should automatically "lose" the NT page if they're at least 30y old AND not updated for at least 3 full seasons.
That way, NT coaches know the player isn't available for NT anymore.
Fact is that the "update" should be done by the owner, not the NT coach, by a simple "update" button, only available for NT players!

But to be honest... This topic is useless if there's no one in the game that can make any change whatsoever...

An idea born into my mind. A challenging proposal could be this. Every NT has got some "scout", for instance, three. You can assign some of these to a player of your NT. Every thursday he give you a report of some discovered skills, more scouts you put on a player and more are the weeks that you put the player under observation, more are the discovered skills and more are precise the level discovered.
This has three advantages
1 - a NT could discover the skills of a NT player (of course)
2 - this requires time, so he should not use them for discover player for non NT purposes, for instance, for non-NT players of his opponent of his league.
3 - It improve the gameplay of the game

This is a similar technique used for the young team level estimation.

Hello. I have suggestions regarding with the changes in soccer. My suggestion is related with youth schools. It would be awesome if we could establish new schools in other countries. It is known that there are a few users in other countries. This causes a lack of player in those countries. Due to a new school there will be a stronger competition between national teams.
1 user can open a new school only in 2 other countries. The cost of this school is more than in youth school ( 2 times more as it is in another country )
