Qualification matches- I finished top of my division and I play qualification match against 7 th from first division- why? Isnt it supposed to change to 12 teams first division? So winners of 2nd league would promote, and maybe 5-8 finished teams from 1. st division to play qualifications with 2nd finished teams in 2nd league?

Yep. League squads will change to 12 teams but after qualifications. These will be played anyway. In highest leagues it means that teams from 1st divisin are not relegated (even if they lost) and there will be additional 4 teams from 2nd division

*that doesn't mean that these will be winners from the 2nd league. These will be 4 best teams from II league. (So there may be the situation that someaone won the league but lost the qualification so didn't get promotion. But instead of him there will be promoted a team from another team with more points/goals/etc.
