Using SkUnk You can also add something like transfer note - in office it would be small "i" icon with your message concerning the player if You focus mouse cursor on it. Also there are something like player category which lets You define your custom categories for players like DT, junior, main squad etc. and all this makes it easier to manage all the biddings in office.

Well. I'm new to Sokker but it's nice to see this tutorial to help me get up to speed. The only thing I've been having trouble with is the training. When I'm done training stamina and want to change to something else (pace or def recommended), should I consider a coach that has also a decent stamina level? Because that skill tends to decrease if not trained.

Also, I'm having trouble finding a good coach with the requirements fo your post that can also fit in my budget. Would it be a good idea to get a nice trainer that has stamina, pace and other relevant skill (below unearthly) so i can start training right away without going bankrupt?

Best is to recruit a coach on the tactics page or buy one on the transfer page (trainer option on the top of the page) with unearthly pace and as low as possible keeper cause that skill pushes the price alot higher than you can affort. The other skills should be random but it's not bad to have a coach with a general coach level between excellent and outstanding and a wage below 15k cause that way he'll be a great asset in your assistant coaches once you change the training skill AND to boost your other skills on a random level depending on the other skills of your coach. best is to have 4 coaches ( 1 headcoach and 3 assistants), all with at least one skill in unearthly (all different skills) so you can switch between your main and assistant coaches without having to fire or hire 1. keep your total wage on coaches below 30k to avoid losing too much money. Train very young players (16 to 18) on pace and sell them after 1 or 2 seasons to make some millions profit to expand your stadion. But you can rise your stadion prices to 15€ to have a better attendance income.

This tutorial is written when there were still more managers actively playing this game, and therefore more trainers on the transferlist. Nowadays you must be more lucky to get one by using the links. But it helps to keep checking the links, to find the trainer and assistant(s) you need.

And Dtox9 wrote all are that is important to know. Although I'm not a fan of recruiting coaches, it has cost me a lot of money when I started to play and had to recover from that for a long time.

I'm training strikers for the first time.
Is there someone who could provide me with screens of players they trained for a longer time? preferably 18yo until 26yo.

I want some references on how fast the training will go with good talent and a certain level on 17/18 years. Preferably both triple excellent at 18 years, as +-22 sum on striker skills
