Is there any problem with Plus renewal process with CC payment?

After inserting personal details, I'm forwarded to DotPay page with details resume but I don't see any field and/or button to insert CC details and to continue the payment.

How long i need to wait till my PLUS will be activated. I paid trough PAY PAL on 9.September (Transfer is completed and there is money transaction made to my bank account ) So i have already paid, but still waiting for my PLUS (tomorrow it will be 10 days since i paid) Who can help me with this? Any MOD who can activate my PLUS?

Normally it takes about 1-2(3) days imo. My Plus is usually activated after 24h or so.

AFAIK an admin (maybe even greg?) has to manually do it so a MOD won't be able to help you.

That is probably one of the longer waits for it though.
