one question can acc sitter challenge team for friendly game ?
2008-12-08 15:27:57
right dont work backwards (LEX RETRO NON AGIT)

so, transfers shall be prohibitet, for teamw who hared ip after the rule is implemented

its quite obvious, ame i right?
2008-12-08 17:13:57
better not to be
2008-12-08 17:19:20
hmmm, rulas are still far from perfect. for example:

- to remove any player from the transfer list because they were listed by an emotional action of the owner
how can you measure that lol?l we are not little kids, are we? if you are listing players and you want them back its your fault and you have to pay for it.

- to ask user for his real life identity, in case of security or game fairness concerns

in what sense?
2008-12-08 17:42:33
We are not kids but we drink a lot and sometimes make mistakes :D
2008-12-08 22:04:21
IN ALL CASES, even with registration and permission to share a computer or IP, ANY TRANSFERS between users who have EVER shared an IP is illegal.

guacamole, please interpret a meaning of "shared" word in this sentence.
i would be really gratefull for that, because i still don't know what is forbidden and what is allowed

would be great if you'll also use some examples, hipothetical situations etc.
2008-12-09 00:58:36
what don't you understand about 'shared'? It means that if you have logged in on the same IP-address, any time.
2008-12-09 02:23:19
in what sense?

If a player is living in Poland and ask a team in Kenya, because he is from there, we can accept, but only if he send his ID card proving this.
2008-12-09 04:29:10
- to remove any player from the transfer list because they were listed by an emotional action of the owner

And what happens if I don't bid in player A only to make a bid in player B, and, after the bid ending of player A, the owner of player B ask to remove him of the market because he was listed by emotional action?

And if I make a bid by emotional action? What happens? :)

Rules are rules, rules with huge holes aren't... Rules must be exactly the same for all

The rules, by now, said: You can everything, you need only who accept your excuses...

wow thats long...

in response to the above questions..it basically means you and friends cant transfer players between clubs if you are ever going to share computers ;)
2008-12-09 22:52:35
anything important about broken rules in poland ?
2008-12-09 22:57:23
these rules will be translated incorrectly or so as to suit polish users needs....

if ur doing a transfer with a mate sharing ip, just login using the polish login page

http://online.sokker.org/?lang=pl

:P

(thats meant as a joke by the way for ppl who are not up to date on sokker scandals)
2008-12-10 03:01:40
Doesn't mean that we will remove for any other reason, but many users ask that because they were drunk or pissed of after a bad match.

Anyway, that's not an update, that line was already there. :)
