Uruguay hasn't yet I don't think, but don't know if they're interested or not.

Well , you know most of the countries will , and so far we have already 24..

Aye, the thing i was getting at though was there are currently 84 national teams, 32 are in the world cup which leaves 52 when only 32 can play in the mini-world cup. I'd rather the big teams were involved than the little teams getting in before them.
And as for the 52 vs 32 thing. You could just have a qualifier in Week 2. Take the 12 seeds out of the equation and the other 40 teams have a knockout to get 20 through to the groups.

Well , first we need to see how many NT's will sign , than we will see if we should change somthing..
