My oldest player was 38yo and he is in my club from start playing.

i bought my oldie back last month :)

@gubby: guess there isnt any age limit. Would be awkward to see the game crash when one of the coaches turns 100 :p

many players were taken just to play in friendlies but some of them are future stars...

this one was bought for no reason and ended in a future u21 player :)

but they do retire as long i know

The only way coaches can retire at present is if you sack them. The ones that don't appear on the transfer list or don't get bought then retire. Doesn't appear to be any logical way this is set though as there are plenty of old coaches on the coach TL.
