Ostres, si aquesta es la manera de captar jugadors estem fotuts.

If this is the way of getting new players for the U21 we are fucked.
I had to enter to all the andorran teams and see their transferences about players that were in their junior schools, then look for them and if they were under 21, ask by sokker mail 1 by 1 all the managers asking about their skills. Some of them will answer you, the most of them will ignore and you will have to be persuasive and repeat sending skmails again.
When they send you players, they copy paste in their language, so you will have to transalte sokker into their language to learn which is your equivalence for every skill of each player.
This work is hard bro, and no one updates their players on the NTDB but you.
All of the players that are there now were pushed and updated by me.

Thank you Pikachu for advice. I don' t how but i read in yor minde and i do everythink like you said. I send skmails and in 90% i have rensponse. Now in team we have 1 star and 2-3 players with potential. We don't have defence so i asked jordig ans Sant to change their training session. After 0:0 with Peru i am optimist.

The first trainer will ask you to update the NT database. Later he will search who he can play. pikachu You are cocky. U21.Sky has many friends with great experience will always help him. And what you wrote is a childish sokker. Let him do what he does and he will do it well.

Fehu you don't have idea who is Pikachu and what he makes for Andorra, you don't know where is Andorra and what language speak at this country, please you don't give us lessons how a NT is carried and less the NT Andorra.

Skyland is welcome, the users of Andorra have voted him, we will comprove his talent this season, good luck!

There is nothing to annoy, everybody is quite right - I believe in it and I think that everyone interested should pay attention to the good of Andorra. Pikchu did a great job, and I, as a person experienced in youth training, and quite a good tactician, want to help further develop this team and country. It's nice that players have a youth school, but there is no training plan, so what I see is another, two seasons and will not be who to play.
