I dont think theres such thing where a team from one country plays a team frpm another country. There is no such thing :s

Maybe you mean qualifying games? Or cup games??

look at spanish forum and read about NSW.the rules are in english, so you will understand it;)

We take 2countries, teams from each country will enter to NSW and we take always the best team from one state against the best team of second state, the second best of one with the second best of second ...

and after that matches we count how many teams from each country won and we have result :)
