Times change and so do people, situations, actions and hopefully performance :)
I hope to bring in what the New Zealand National Team deserves: A qualification at the World Cup.
I`m aware that it won`t be easy but neither impossible.
What I need to achieve this goal? I need all the suppot of New Zealand`s comunity. Upgrating players` skills every 2 weeks is vital. Also, is vital for me to know what players are able to play for NT, but aren`t selected in the first 40`s. So, I need you to send me sk-mails with players` skills. I also hope that foreign managers will do the same.
This season is a big opportunity for us to know each other better. We need to win as many matches as possible to improve national coefficient (that`s an important step which will help us at next season`s qualifications draw). Also we need to build a core of 20 players which will atack WC qualifications. These are my targets for the new season.
